dang this is it, ys 9, the last ys game i need to play through to complete the series. why does adol look so edgey with his outfit and long hair? i need details game.

- combining the memories of the people collected in prison and adol's wisdom? oh boy, what a being
- once again it boils down to "we must destroy this world in order to save it", what fun
- yeaaahhhh first try! it was very chaotic
- oh god i need to make a choice- nvm it's only 1 ending
- ah, the party are back into their original bodies
- it's 2:21am, but finished the epilogue and credits, i enjoyed the game a lot
- my heart, yufa and felix married! and credo is travelling along with geis?!
- overall i had a lot of fun with this game! i suppose i was expecting it to be inferior since comments suggested that it was worse than ys 8, and tempered my expectations, but i think i actually enjoyed this more than 8, just a tiny bit, mostly from the combat which was very fun to me (even though i was more or less spamming skills haha, the constant flash guard/time and extra skills were fun to use). crimson king is gorgeous and the main party grew on me, my favs are probably anemona and credo. music again doesn't disappoint either.

- slowly but surely maxing out everyon's affinity, the events are endearing
- akljdlasjdlakjl defeated the lv95 hard secret boss at lv68, rip lv69. i used up so much potions and food...
- it's 11:21pm right now but i wanna push through to the ending...

- this game is growing on me, the gameplay has been really fun now that i have better grasp on it, plus being able to walk up walls, glide, and scan areas so easily is really nice

- that was a very short prologue
- oh no dogi why do you look so old in this game, eyebags and everything
- we haven't even stepped into balduq and we're getting arrested, what gives
- aklsjdlds seems the name 'dogi the wallcrusher' is making the rounds too
- love that this intergation is starting off with "seems that shipwrecks are a common occurrence for you". aksldjksldj even calling out that he loses legendary weapons and artifacts after every adventure
- of course dogi taught adol about lockpicking
- adol's disguised look is pretty cute

- WHY IS THE BAT BOSS HERE TOO?! least it's much easier to deal with in this game. i'm actually doing pretty decently against all the bosses so far... that feels very foreign to me
- ok just encountered a boss that wiped out 2 of my characters, the challenge is here now
- surprising no one, chatelard is one strong guy with a huge sword. and what's your relationship with hawk?

- i'm still so confused by the other adol that shows up towards the end of the chapters, are there 2 adols??
