felt like making a post about going to mellow art market ➚ yesterday. it's been a while since i've given myself a day to be indulgent, and for most of the day i genuinely felt content. the last few months or so have been more of a struggle than normal, to stay motivated, stay healthy, and stay happy. and the day proved to me that i need to continue giving myself days dedicated to myself.

got to the place around 10:20am and it wasn't too long of a line wait until i got in. their themes of the ocean and journeys was up my alley as well. got to buy some nice original merch and had some food from the cafe. it was a lovely time with the venue being close to the harbour bridge too.

after the market i wasn't feeling too tired and decided to take a spontaneous trip to the plyon lookout, was glad that it was open even though it was a public holiday. i don't recall how i found out about this place but i really enjoyed the views there and wanted to see them again since the weather was quite nice. it was worth it, i could spend all my time there (but didn't since i needed lunch haha).

i'd love to be at the lookout during dusk and see if i can grab sunset photos... maybe one day.
